Dorothy Townsend’s fund provides annual memberships to youth under the age of 15 who either: are unable to afford the membership; have demonstrated ability and character under difficult/unusual/extraordinary circumstances; or can be incentivized to overcome educational, behavioral, or disciplinary problems.
