Meet the "In Her League" Panelists

Tickets are still available for “In Her League: Game On,” an event hosted by Decatur County Community Foundation to benefit the women and children of Decatur County.
The event is set for April 29th at the Venue On Three in Westport. The evening will include dinner followed by a grant presentation to an organization that benefits local Decatur County women and/or children. The evening will wrap up with a panel of five females with ties to Decatur County who have seen success in their athletic journeys and/or careers. Panelists include:
o Angela (Gauck) Belter – Angela is a 2-time IHSAA Golf State Champion and has been a PGA Class A Professional since 2014. She currently serves as the Head Golf Professional at North Branch Golf Course, where she continues to share her passion and expertise for the game. She has been honored with induction into the Indiana High School Golf Coaches Association Hall of Fame, the North Decatur Hall of Fame, and the Marian University Athletic Wall of Fame—recognitions that reflect her lasting impact on the sport and this community. She is a North Decatur graduate.
o Carol Blankman - Carol is an art teacher at St. Mary School by day and dragon boat racer during the summer months. Her racing has taken her to Italy and beyond. She is a grateful two-time breast cancer survivor.
o Julie (Southworth) Graue- Julie joined the Indiana Fever front office in 2001. She contributed significantly to the growth of the franchise through several key roles, including Ticket Sales Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer. Winning a WNBA championship in 2012 was a highlight of her time with the Fever. In 2018, Julie transitioned to the Pacers Sports & Entertainment Sponsorship team as a Corporate Partnerships Director selling sponsorships for both the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever. Julie is a 1985 graduate of Greensburg Community High School.
o Debbie Haviland - Debbie has lived in Greensburg for about 15 years. She began running competitively at age 61. Since that time she has won her division in road races and track events in Indiana and Kentucky 75 of 78 times. In 2025, Debbie competed at the USA Track & Field Masters Outdoor meet in Huntsville and won gold in the 800m and silver in the 5000m for Women's Age 70-74 Division. Prior to last year's USATF Masters event, Debbie participated in the 2022 USATF Masters Meet in Lexington where she finished 5th in the 800m and 8th in the 5000m.
o Amanda Mang – Amanda has worked as a certified and licensed athletic trainer since 2008. She attended Indiana State University where she received her bachelors and masters degrees in athletic training. She has worked as a rehab aide, an industrial athletic trainer, and a restorative nursing coordinator. She began her current career at Decatur Co. Memorial Hospital initially providing athletic training services to the county schools at North and South and most recently at Greensburg High school.
The evening’s emcee will be Sue Auffenberg.
