Cecelia Springmeyer Memorial Scholarship Fund

This scholarship was established to help a North Decatur or South Decatur student seeking post-secondary education from an accredited 4-year school. Must be enrolled in law enforcement, criminal justice, animal husbandry, agronomy, or teaching.
